Our JHBM Co. Wild Boar Brats paired perfectly with cajun seasoning. This recipe is easy to throw together. It might sound like a lot of work, but you can make your seasoning ahead of time (or use a pre-made cajun seasoning) and the cook time is short for the brats, fettuccine noodles, and homemade Alfredo sauce (you can also use store bought sauce if you're feeling less ambitious, or pressed for time).

The flavors in this sausage are nothing like you've ever tasted in any sausage before. It's fragrant, subtle, and absolutely delicious. This fettuccini would be great any night of the week and will be a hit with your family.
Ingredients

1 lb. Wild Boar Italian Sausages
- 1/4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder (I used Flavor God's Garlic Lovers)
- 1 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- t tsp. chipotle seasoning (I used Flavor God)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (I used Pepper Joe's 7 Pot Brain Strain)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. cajun seasoningÂ
- 2 cups grated parmesan

Mix all ingredient together in a bowl and set aside
Sausages and pasta
Follow the box instructions for the fettuccini noodles and bring the pasta water to a boil. While the water is coming to a boil, heat 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and add your sausages to the pan. The sausages will take a little longer to cook than the pasta, so put the sausages in the skillet and begin cooking them. Once you flip your sausages, add salt and pasta to the boiling water and cook to al dente (approximately 12 minutes).
Alfredo Sauce
Add the butter to a pan and melt. Whisk in the cream. Simmer over low heat for approximately two minutes. Add in the garlic and two tablespoons of the cajun seasoning. Whisk for one minute. Add in the parmesan cheese and whisk until melted.
Stir in your al dente pasta noodles and continue to cook. Remove your sausages from the pan and slice.
Stir the sausages into the Alfredo and serve immediately.

The Alfredo sauce doesn't take long to make so you'll want to have your noodles and sausages almost done before you start your sauce.
