Buffalo Bratwurst
Made with 100% American Buffalo in the style of the classic German Bratwurst: finely chopped meat (brät) and sausage (wurst). Best boiled or braised in beer with butter and onions, finished over a hot grill or a sauté pan and served with crusty bread and spicy mustard. Alternatively, grill over pinecones like the Coburg Bavarians do!
