One of the most important things we have learned is to stand behind our products and services 100%. We pride ourselves on providing the finest game meats in the world, along with the very best customer service possible, and if aren't happy with your purchase, we will replace or refund it immediately. For perishable items such as frozen meat, a full refund will be issued without requiring the customer to return the product. The refund will be processed once the customer confirms receipt of the refund request.
We know things can go awry, especially when delivering amazing meat quickly across the United States, and if there is any issue with your order, let us know and we will make it right. Didn't like the steak you bought, or was there something wrong with the packaging? Call and let us know within seven days, and we will fix it. Order showed up two days late and was thawed beyond a safe level? We'll send you another box ASAP. Just call or email us here at the the shop, and we will get right on it.
