We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  • All Orders over $350 (after any discounts are applied and before shipping charges) ship for free. Jerky-only orders ship for free.
  • Free shipping applies only to orders shipping to the same address, multiple address shipping will be calculated individually.
  • Orders under $350 ship for a $39.95 Flat Rate (excludes Hawaii and Alaska, additional charges will apply).
  • Incorrect addresses may delay delivery, and will be charged a $24.95 correction fee. We highly recommend you notify recipients of impending delivery.
  • In order to reduce environmental impact, there is a $100 minimum order on all perishable products, and a $25 minimum on all non-perishable products.


  • The nature of our perishable products requires express (2-3 day) shipping to ensure that your meat arrives in excellent condition and still frozen
  • We ship your perishable orders via UPS and need a physical street address, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Merchandise and Jerky-only orders can be delivered to PO Boxes.
  • All perishable products including steaks, burger, and roasts are shipped 2-3 Day Express. 
  • All 2-3 Day Express orders are shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and are delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday respectively and depending on the time we receive your order. Cut off for delivery by Friday is 12pm MST on Wednesday.
  • Orders for perishable items received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. 
  • If you need it delivered on a specific day, just call us or let us know in the Gift Order section at Checkout, or call us here at the store.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving it, beyond that we cannot take responsibility for its condition


  • Next-day shipping and delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders placed on Thursday can be shipped Overnight for delivery on Friday.
  • We can ship 2nd Day and Overnight for delivery on Saturday in many locations for an additional charge.  Please call us to confirm (1-800-543-6328)


    Orders cannot be cancelled after a tracking number has been generated.  If you need to cancel your order, please call us ASAP at 1-800-543-6328.  No refunds will be given for cancelled or refused orders that have been shipped.


    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship frozen goods internationally at this time, due to inevitable delays beyond our control. Jerky can be shipped internationally and to military service members via USPS. Please call us here at the shop for more details.


      A custom Styrofoam container is packed inside a sturdy cardboard box, and dry ice keeps your order frozen while UPS delivers your order with time to spare.

      Occasionally our products sometimes separate or incur small tears or holes in the vacuum sealed packages, due to handling in transit. As long as the product is still cold to the touch, it is still perfectly safe to eat. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

      If your shipment arrives late due to carrier delays, and the products are no longer in usable condition, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
