FLAVOR!
These were out of sight. We put them in the Sous vide @ 126 for 6 hrs, then put S&P & a little aged balsamic vinegar & a small dusting of powdered garlic & just “kissed” them on a very hot grill on each side. DELISH. So lean & yummy!

These steaks never disappoint! They are perfectly cut and grill beautifully. We salt and pepper them and serve with a simple compound butter. These elk steaks taste so wonderful there is no need for anything else.

Best ribeye ever!!
This was a magnificent choice as it was both low fat and tasted great. Kind of the like the Bud Light of ribeyes!! Less filling and tastes great!
