    Very Good

    The Bison Oxtails were very meaty although two of my four packages the vacuum seal was broken so I made those first with garlic, onions, celery, bell peppers, beef stock, red wine and various seasonings in my instant pot pressure cooker. Fall off the bone goodness. I will be ordering more
