This pure bison jerky is made from thinly sliced Buffalo Round Steaks. The jerky is then seasoned, slowly cooked, and dried to perfection. It has a great flavor and isn't too chewy like most jerky. Made only in Jackson Hole.

    Yummy!

    My husband and I have switched using bison over beef. This jerky is far leaner and tastier than the beef.

    Damn good Jerky

    By far the best damn jerky I have had in long time!!! I will not only buy more jerky but also buy more steaks and a buffalo prime rib, your jerky and meat is the best, bar none!!!
