Made right here in Jackson Hole, Wyoming! We use only the finest, lean, and all Natural 100% Ground Buffalo. Our sticks are seasoned and slow-cooked for excellent flavor and are soft and easy to chew.     

Order in sizes of 1.5oz, 3oz, 6oz, 12oz ( 2 x 6 oz bags). The "Butcher's Pound" is an overly generous pound 18 oz of Jerky! (3 x 6 oz bags).

Jerky-only orders ship for free to the continental US, although we do require a minimum order value of $20.  Thank you!

    THE BEST

    It's a good thing that those other jerky makers don't know or care what they do to their jerky! I've had some that was about like eating a candy bar, it was so sweet. I always go for either original or old fashion jerky. That' s why when I want THE BEST jerky I will always buy JHB Sticks or Trapper Jerky. ALWAYS!!

    As usual the Buffalo sticks are wonderful and from the time I ordered them to the time of delivery it all turned out to be a fantastic experience. The wonderful people at Jackson Hope Buffalo Meat Co. are simply amazing.
