The Elk Sticks are absolutely amazing and the tenderness is superb. They are extremely moist and delightful. The staff at Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat Co. are wonderful and their meat products are second to none. If you don’t utilize them for their wonderful products you are missing out big time.
