    The Best Cut of Elk!

    There is no doubt that this Frenched Rack of Elk is one of the best if not the best item on the menu! It is full of flavor and can be cut at home to your desired thickness which helps prevent any dryness. Simply excellent!

    Best Cut of Meat!

    The Frenched Rack is an excellent cut of Elk & when bbq'd has an incredible flavor! I cut the rack in 2" thick steaks and bbq'd over wood coals. The best steaks I've ever had in my life!
