    Super delicious

    Again with ease, I cook from frozen in a warm water bath so vide, briefly in a pan seared then finished on the grill very briefly. By the way, I could never finish it but even leftovers are great wet paper towel over leftover steak microwave at 30% power for about one minute scrumptious

    Elk steak and burgers + great customer service

    The meat was unbelievable better tan beef filet mignon. Tender, tasty and healthy.

    My shipment was delayed and the steaks were completely thawed. I sent a email to Jackson hole. They called me back in 5 minutes. The steak should have been ok but they sent me a new order! Great customer service!!

    Amazing

    My son pan seared these with truffle sea salt, finished them off in the oven and it made the most amazing Thanksgiving meal. Thank you so much for such a wonderful cut of meat, so tender and tasty!!!
