We're bundled 2 lbs of our Buffalo Burger and 2 lbs of our Wild Boar Burger as featured in our meatloaf recipe linked below. Adding ground wild boar to the recipe provides a little more fat which makes the meatloaf moist and delicious.
This item contains four 1 lb packs of burger (2 x Ground Buffalo and 2 x Ground Wild Boar). The meat is not mixed together. Both are ground in-house using quality trim.
