This pure bison jerky is made from thinly sliced Buffalo Round Steaks. The jerky is then seasoned, slowly cooked, and dried to perfection. It has a great flavor and isn't too chewy like most jerky. Made only in Jackson Hole.

Makes for a great beef jerky alternative. High protein snacks for people who are on the go. 

The 12-oz and 18-oz sizes are multiples of 6-oz bags.

    Great Taste

    It would not be a Christmas with out packages for my sons and grandsons now. Be doing it for a very long time and the boys will tell you its the best their is. I started with a package for me one Christmas and my sons finished the bag so the next year I got more and it went just as fast; One year I did not get any I thought my boys were going to disown me. All I heard on Christmas Day was were is the Jerky. Place an order the next day for each of them. Several years ago their sons started taking theirs so this Papa now gets it for all of them. As my family would say its not Christmas unless everyone get Jerky. Its really good stuff.

    Best Jerky Ever

    This meets all the requirements of a great jerky, taste, chew, amount etc. Have been buying this for years as my sons have grown up on it so I get them their own packages at Christmas. No more fighting over it ever. Even purchased some for my grandsons as they started taking their Dad's like my son's did to me. Love it

    The way jerky is supposed to taste.

    I have a beef allergy, so, store bought jerky is off limits. I needed to get my iron up and thought, I bet there's someone out there who makes buffalo jerky. So, I took the leap, ordered a bunch from JHBM, and wasn't left disappointed. The jerky is easy to tear and slowly chew on, tastes amazing, and isn't full of whatever is in Buffalo Jerky at Whole Food. Game changer.

    Happy Jerky Day

    Happy Jerky Day is any day you get to consume some Buffalo Jerky. It has a good natural flavor - being both nutritious and delicious. A great snack when hunting, camping or hanging out. I use it with some fruit for a lunch.

    P.S. I still make jerky out of venison and Elk.
