Our Buffalo Rib Roasts come in 3 standard sizes.  We recommend 1/2 lb per person when calculating how big of a roast you'll need.

    Cooked it low and slow at 225 degrees when it got to about 110 degrees in the middle before finishing at 400 degrees to crust the outside for 15 minutes.
