    Awesome

    I just took the elk sirloin out of the freezer. Let it defrost put it in a pan with Tallow salted and pepper and was good to go. Amazing taste. Amazing flavor.

    Super delicious

    Again with ease, I cook from frozen in a warm water bath so vide, briefly in a pan seared then finished on the grill very briefly. By the way, I could never finish it but even leftovers are great wet paper towel over leftover steak microwave at 30% power for about one minute scrumptious
