Each NY Strip is 8oz, available in packages of 2 steaks (1lb), 4 steaks (2lbs), 6 steaks (3lbs), 8 steaks (4lbs) or 10 steaks (5lbs).

    Like the other orders, the elk NY strips were professionally packaged, delivered on time.
