• ½ an onion Diced

• 1 jalapeño, diced

• ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles

• ¼ cup feta cheese crumbles

• ¼ cup breadcrumbs

• 1 tbsp. huckleberry jelly or jam

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp. sea salt

• 1 tsp. fresh black pepper

• 2 tbsp. homemade game seasoning (ingredients listed below)

• A small amount of olive oil for cooking

• A handful of arugula

• 5 slices of prosciutto 

• Huckleberry BBQ sauce, your favorite berry flavored BBQ sauce or hot sauce

• Sprouts

Homemade Elk Burger Seasoning:

• 1 tbsp. chipotle seasoning

• 1 tbsp. ground pepper

• 1 tsp. smoked paprika
