    Fantastic customer service, fantastic meat

    This is our third not-inexpensive purchase from JHBM for a special occasion and we always thoroughly enjoy it. The Buffalo filets were amazing as was the elk tenderloin. On this occasion, UPS messed up and didn't deliver on time and once we finally received, the meat was decidedly not still refrigerated. JHBM replied promptly and sent a new order that we received in perfect order. Hugely appreciative of not having to deal with a hassle. They just took care of it. We will be back for more. Lots of places to get great rest, not as easy to get great service. Thank you JHBM!

    A Great Alternative

    I will admit, I love a great piece of beef, but I also love variety in my diet. These Buffalo Filets have been a regular in my household for years now and never disappoint. Always tender, lean and flavorful.
