Each tenderloin will be packaged individually and may contain extra cuts if needed to achieve 1lb weight. Order in 2, 3, 4, or 5 lb. quantities.

Product of New Zealand.  All other elk meat we sell is Rocky Mountain Elk, but due to supply issues on this cut, we often have to source this from New Zealand. We promise it's just as delicious and is one of our most popular products.
