    This was a gift for my father. He has expressed that it's the best he's ever had. The Bison Summer Sausage was amazing as well as the jerky.

    My Nephew in Tacoma,WA. Is a Coast Guard

    Veteran. He absolutely loved receiving the buffalo and elk steaks. He grilled the Buffalo steak and added a sprig of rosemary. He says it had an "outstanding " flavor!
