In the shadow of the Grand Teton lies Mount Teewinot, one of the most striking peaks in the Rocky Mountains. At a height of 12,330 feet, Teewinot is only the 6th highest peak in the Tetons, but don’t be fooled, it may be the most challenging. With a sheer north face over 1000 feet tall, loose rock and a TINY summit, Teewinot has challenged climbers for decades.
The name is derived from the Native American word Tee-Win-At, meaning “many pinnacles”, a name it lives up to. Teewinot is also the only peak completely visible from Jenny Lake, a popular spot for visitors to Grand Teton National Park.
With a little bit of everything, just like the peak itself, the Teewinot features our finest handmade buffalo and elk meat snacks, organic Montana cheddar cheese, gourmet mustard and the world's best animal crackers from our friends at Persephone Bakery.
