  • 2 Elk tenderloins

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    2. Whisk all the marinade ingredients together and pour it over the elk tenderloin.
