    Another delicious treat

    This is so versatile and easy to adapt to so many recipes.

    I’m a slo cooker fan and elk really loves low and slow cook.

    In the summer months I make elk tacos nice soft chunks of melt in your mouth spiced up elk and fixings… use stew cut in soups and obviously stew.

    Let your imagination run wild but don’t overcook. So delicious and easy.😊

    Tender with Great Flavor

    I was hesitant to purchase the stew meat, afraid it would be tough, but I am so glad I tried it. The meat was very lean and tender. My hearty stew was the perfect meal for a cold winter day.
