    One of the seals on steaks was no good and was freezer burnt when arrived. Emailed the company twice to rectify and go no response.

    NY Strip Steaks

    These Elk strip steaks are the most tender and delicious. I cook them for 4hrs in a sous vide at 128 F and sear them on the grille. You can cut them with a fork.
