    Buffalo Tri Tip

The Tri Tip arrived frozen solid in a reusable styrofoam container. We put favorite run on this bad boy and smoked it on our Traeger. We had a cast iron pan ready to go with butter and garlic sizzling. Reverse sear for only one minute each side. Let it rest and served. It was extremely tasty and melted in your mouth. Worth every penny.
