Venison French Rack = Multiple delicious evening meals.

Although I do not hunt I do like venison. I decided to try Jackson Hole's Venison French Rack. This was my first experience with this cut of meat. When it arrived I looked up some recipes on line and chose one to start my adventure. The rack was huge compared to Lamb French Racks that I have eaten in the past. The prep was done my the numbers and the total cooking time was 40 minutes. The Venison came out great. It was very juicy and tasty. As I was cooking for myself the rack lasted three nights. A quick reheat on the microwave was all it took for each night's portion to be ready to serve. All in all I would say this was $220.00 well spent and will not be the last time I order this cut of meat from Jackson Hole. I already enjoy many different cuts of Buffalo and Elk offered by Jackson Hole. I am happy to add Venison to my itinerary from them.
