These steaks are cut from the prime rib of the buffalo and are incredibly tender and widely considered to be the most flavorful of steaks. Each steak is hand cut and then individually wrapped, sealed and frozen.
We currently offering these in 10 oz and 16 oz cuts. The 10 oz cuts are about 1 to 1.25 inches thick and are sold in quantities of 2, 4 and 8 steak packages. The 16 oz is a thick-cut (1.5") Ranch Cut steak which we're selling as a single steak while supplies last (just adjust the quantity if you want to buy more).
