    Buffalo Stew Meat

    I made the buffalo stew with potatoes,carrots and vegetable broth. It was delicious, the meat was tender and tasty. Will definitely make it again.     Great Tasting Meal

    As with anything buffalo it is delicious, love the flavor of buffalo. Makes a great stew, keep it simple, potatoes, carrots, it is all about the meat.

    Buffalo Stew Meat

    Used the Buffalo Stew Meat for what it is noted Stew! Pan seared then slow cooked wiyh plenty of veggies & sauce. Added savory, light & fluffy dumplings at end to pour the stew over. Very Good! Meat is flavorful & tender.
