    Thanksgiving Elk Roadt

    The Elk Roast was fantastic!

Slow roasted in oven, then reverse seared on my grill to give it a nice crust. Made a rub of Salt, Cracked Pepper, Sage and Rosemary. Finished with a nice brown gravy..

    Elk Roast

Our elk roast turned out great, it just feel apart , it was so tender and flavorful and then we had sandwiches on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes with the left overs. It also is a great value we had 3 meals for the 2 of us and still have some left.

    Delicious Roast

This has become my favorite roast!

I cut it in thirds rub with a fajita mix wrap and marinade . Put an onion a few Yukon potatoes nestled roast in slow cooker and cook on low 8-10 hours (depending on your cooker). Oh add 1 cup beef stock/broth. Easy and everyone loves it!!! Melts in your mouth 😊

Still part of the Christmas Gift for my neighbors.

When looking at all of these products, this one got the most praise!!! Looks good and hope that the neighbors roast this beauty in the oven and don’t cook it in the slow cooker.
