Always falls off the bone!
We smoke ours in our Traeger Pellet smoker. Sometimes we serve it with baked (Smoked) potatoes or Sweet Potatoes and some Brussels Sprouts.

Larger than you think
These large racks were an experience for our group on Christmas Eve. Our best friend was up to the challenge of spicing and preparation, which deserves some thought ahead of time. The result was 10 medium rare racks, perfectly delivered , and we can’t remember the side dishes. Thank you very much for offering this product- our first time on a unique cut with superb flavor. Would do it again.
